Hypnobirthing
Antenatal & Birth Prep Education
Antenatal education with me encompasses hypnobirthing techniques, a full birth prep for body and mind, alongside the knowledge I have gained through supporting so many women as a birth and postnatal Doula.
As well as preparing yourself of your options and the anatomy of birth, learning to be able to harness the strength of your mind to facilitate utter relaxation to allow your body to do exactly what it was made to do is just as key.
I am so proud to say I am a Wise Hippo Instructor, the training of which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.
This programme goes beyond just hypnobirthing, offering you tools for life. I can teach you how to trust your instincts and make decisions that are right for you in a calm and confident way, whilst allowing yourself to be guided by your emotions instead of controlled by them. Itβs time for you to take control of your birth & beyond.
The course includes downloadable MP3s to support your practice and a comprehensive video library taking you from antenatal through to postnatal exercise support.
Full 8 hour course: Β£450, including follow up mindset check in session.
Refresher/condensed courses start at: Β£200.
I believe wholeheartedly this is what your body was meant to do. I believe in birth & I believe in your bodyβs ability to birth.
